Brichet is a sparkling wine which gets its effervescence from the natural second fermentation in the bottle, it is produced from a small selection of Glera grapes harvested from an ancient vineyard passed to us by a local old man.
Indeed, the wine gets its name from the vineyard's old owner.

The low fertility soil produces grapes with a more concentrated ripening in terms of sapidity and aroma.
The stony soil enables the production of a refined and light wine which evolves to take on minerally characteristics over time.

GOES WELL WITH: fish and first courses.
